Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Azimuth Check ("we", "us"), the seller and operator of the Azimuth Check service. By accessing or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Azimuth Check provides web search results from licensed search providers, AI-generated answers from third-party AI models, side-by-side model comparison, and a directory of AI tools. Free and paid (Premium) plans have the daily usage limits described on the Pricing page.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract, and if you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

  • use it for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam or harassment;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • introduce malware, probe or attack our systems, or scrape or bulk-extract data;
  • circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer the service, or resell or redistribute it;
  • generate illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate speech or malware, or attempt to jailbreak or bypass AI safety filters.

4. AI answers and your content

  • You are responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use the outputs, and you must have the rights to any content you provide.
  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Verify important information. Outputs are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice and must not be relied on without qualified human oversight.
  • As between you and us, you own your inputs and, to the extent permitted by law, the outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service.
  • We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts to enforce these terms.
  • Rights holders can report infringing content to us via the contact below; we will review and remove it where appropriate, and repeat infringers' accounts may be terminated.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the service, including its software, design, documentation and the Azimuth Check name and logo. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. Third-party search results and linked tools belong to their respective owners.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Premium renews automatically each billing period until cancelled; if you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See our Refund Policy.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that third-party providers will always be available. The service is provided "as is", and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may delete your account at any time from your account page; on deletion, your saved data is removed.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including lost profits, data or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use or breach of these terms.

10. General

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. We may update these terms and will post the new version here; continued use means you accept it.
